I know Flare can do this and I'm missing one check mark or something. This will create hours of work to relink everything. But even with the same default structure, I get broken links. I thought it had to do with the folder structures in the projects being different. I've tried to use external resources and map the topic, images, and snippets. But the links for images and snippets break. I've tried to import the flare files and keep them synced. It's my understanding that I cannot use the runtime merging with PDFs.
